Committed to Unity
God is calling His people to (re)prioritize gathering together with believers.
This is not a pep talk to boost church attendance. It is much deeper than that.
As human beings, we are not created to be alone. Isolation is the enemy of the soul! Yet, there are innumerable Christians whose interaction and fellowship with other believers is sporadic at best. And the enemy is wreaking havoc.
Imagine the severity of the impact on one who does not know Jesus Christ at all. The world around us needs us, but many of us have lost our way because we chose the path of individuality, forsaking the consistent gatherings of believers.
Believers, we must reprioritize gathering together. Church attendance is the bare minimum. We need consistent gatherings with faith-filled believers who will help us grow, pray us through, and keep us aligned with our assignment to reach the world for Jesus. We need authentic conversations about life, pain, justice, morality, and meaning. We need to learn from our diversities while choosing to walk in unity.
We are many interdependent members of one body. Called together. Working together. Ministering together. Christianity is not a solo sport - we are better TOGETHER!
