The Armor of God

What do you do when you realize you’re in a battle you can’t see? In this week’s message, The Armor of God, we continue our Powerful and Effective Prayers series by walking through Ephesians 6 and discovering how the armor God gives us can become part of the way we pray. The helmet of salvation, breastplate of righteousness, belt of truth, shoes of peace, shield of faith, and sword of the Spirit aren’t just images from Scripture—they remind us that God has given us what we need to stand firm when life gets difficult. This message challenges us to stop living afraid or simply reacting to whatever comes our way and instead learn how to pray with faith, truth, peace, and the authority of God’s Word. Because the battle may be spiritual, but we don’t have to face it unprotected—and we don’t have to face it alone.
